CQC Inspection

CQC Inspection Time

The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. Their purpose is to make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and they encourage care services to improve. They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.

The practice's last CQC inspection was in 2013 but as the business has changed from being a partnership to having a single sole owner we are due another inspection and the CQC are coming to visit on the 10th of April 2017.

As part of this visit the inspectors will talk to our staff and our patients who are visiting that day.  They would also like feedback from our other patients and you can either do this by popping into the surgery before Monday to fill out an anonymous feeback form (There is a sealed box at our reception desk for these) or by following this link http://www.cqc.org.uk/yourexperience
